You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
By purchasing our services or providing your email address, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including transactional emails (purchase confirmations, account updates) and, where separately consented, marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, or share course materials without written permission. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Sexual Genius LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court.
Small Claims Exception: Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court if the claim qualifies.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to admin@sexualgenius.com within 30 days of your first purchase.
You agree that any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive the right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. If this waiver is found unenforceable, the arbitration agreement in Section 10 shall be void.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in the courts of Santa Clara County, California.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
